Good morning
for my mistake, Arduino is dead! With what can I replace all the vfo of bitx 40 ?
I found this on ebay can be fine?
Or do you have anything else to recommend?

 If the arduino is bad you can cut or desolder it off and replace the arduino nano
I changed on one my bitx40. I used a small diagonal cutters to remove the board from the pins and desoldered the pins individually. 

Look for these key words for a new arduino

but the problem is also the card on which it is mounted!
Si5351 I should find the complete piece!
