IRF510

I accidentally blew the IRF510 out. I didn't have any, but I found some VN88AFD parts. They produce the same power out on all bands as the IRF510 did. They have much less gate capacitance, so should be easier to drive. Not saying they are better, but they seem to be equivalent in the uBitx. Pin order is different.

Early Dmos parts.  They are good, I still have some in the collection along with
VN66ak and a few VMP4s.  Whos selling them now?

Howard do you need some 510’s , I’ll trade a few for some more of those caps and inductors for the driver mod. I got another board that needs them.

I've a tray full of Intersil TO-3 VN66s here dating from about 1980.
Used some in 5 watt qrp amplifier, used to drive it from the Tx low-level stage of my Atlas 210X for QRP.
