100W Automatic Antenna Tuner...
Thanks. One of these days I'll get the power switch. I've just been waiting to place a bigger order. One other thing to watch out for is that some of the PCBs out there come with an expanded button he

Adding a SI5351 on uBITX for 116MHZ
In addition to the FW issue, you have an I2C addressing problem. The 10-pin Si5351 has a fixed I2C address (0x60). You'll need a second Si5351 to have a different I2C address. Only the 20-pin QFN 'A c

ubitx 6.2 bench calibration frequencies?
Thanks everyone. My motivation was to make my calibration more quantitative than qualitative: get my ear out of the calibration procedure and replace it with lab equipment that I have more confidence

ubitx 6.2 bench calibration frequencies?
What should the CLK0 and CLK1 frequencies be? From what I read, CLK0 should be 11 MHz CLK1 should be 57 and 33 MHz for LSB and USB respectively. I connect my Agilent counter to CLK1 and am getting 33.

Characterized my new v6
I did some baseline measurements on my new V6 running Reed's FW before I start changing too many things. The power's a good bit lower than expected and the third harmonics on both 15m and 30m are 4-5

This is a V3 that has new relays and the L5/L7 fix and working on the LPF that I believe is before the mixer, but I'm not sure. I've been taking measurements at each step. So far not significant drops

I was about to dig into my parts bin searching for toroids and I remembered I had those left over. I'll probably have to order some 30 uH parts. 27 and 33 are easy to get locally, 30 maybe not. Sounds

Well, that didn't go well. Looking at it, the two toroids on the left are a little close. I have a layer of grounded copper foil between the PCB and the filter (insulated of course). I might rebuild t

I'm afraid it was already set to the half way mark. Is there something particular I should be looking for? At this point I'm having enough fun taking measurements and improving things as I go along. T
