I had the same issue with my V6. I was using the stock supplied mike. The hole in my mike did not line up properly with the mike element. Peer through the mike hole using a torch to see what I mean. I

Just a hint re the Raduino. When I tried to flash mine I kept getting 500 Sync errors. Tried other Arduino boards and MOST gave the same error message. Same when using other cables and another Compute

I'm using a dummy load on my Ubitx V6.1 and an Sdr as a test. The mike socket seems to be a bit sensitive to mike cable movement when I key and move the mike. I also seem to be getting very low output
