v4 pop-fix on a v3 board

I added the v4 pop-fix to my v3 board by placing components directly onto the v3 board.
Start by drilling a small hole (0.7mm in my case) to the right of R70 so as to be able to fix the 2N7000

I tried a couple of fans from old PC supplies. They were all very noisy. What I did to solve the problem was to put a resistor (maybe 10 ohms; don't remember and not taking the radio apart) in series

I don't know what it may be, but you are really missing something. It should not take even 5 minuets to load.
Check to see if you have the baud rate set to the correct value.

Does the CW sidetone still work? When I did it it killed the sidetone. I used M1 instead and that fixed that issue. I think there was some
