100-ft should not be a problem. My antenna is about 30-ft or so from power lines feeding houses on my street and it has very little effect on received QRN, etc. But no two installations act exactly

My dipole antenna is aroin 30 tpb40 ft but at elevated location on top of 3rd floor. I am working reasonably well.

I do the antenna set up parallel to the power lines, but they are over 100 feet away, I don’t know if that would still cause a problem?

I believe that the v6 comes with the Iambic keyer enabled. In the setup menu, there should be an option to set it to a straight key. Try that and see if it works.
NOTE: I do not have a v6, so

One other thought, The RF could be coming in through the mic cord. A snap-on ferrite and 0.01 uF bypass caps on the input to the ubitx could help if that is the issue.

Are you amplifying the mic at all? Do you have another receiver that can be used to verify the output of the ubitx?
The only way to be sure is to measure the output. What I have done is build a -50
