Sorry, one more comment, Ron (W4DNQ) stated he had an enhanced display. However, the status line on bottom says he is compiling for a basic. An Enhanced Nextion will not read the tft file for a Basic.

Actually, I think I see the problem, but not sure why....
If you look at the bottom message line you see the specific model number being compiled for along with Flash, RAM and frequency.

Ha! A great analogy. Thank you!!
Getting NanoNVA under my tree. A scope would force me to learn sooo much more...
I'm going to focus on physically integrating my Atomic Pi SBC into my uBITX "case".

Re: How to get rid of Local FM broadcast stations

Ah, it looks like both these stations also have AM counterparts, at 1490 kHz and 1210 kHz. Does that change things?

Why does using this radio lead to so much humiliation? Can you see where this is going? Turns out I was trying to "adjust" master calibration and totally dorked it up. And wasn't smart or observant

I am using the Enhanced model btw, you designer might be defaulted to a smaller display, changing it to the appropriate 5" model should let it compile. I believe the error is related to images/sizes

Did you set the device model under Device ID? I had to change mine to Enhanced to get it to compile.

Re: Unexpected Blowing of Fuses on Transmit
The only thing I can think of that would suddenly cause high current
is a floating IRF gate. maybe a dry solder on R97/98 or IRF gate leads.
A 2A fuse will need double the current to blow instantly.

hex files are executable images, i.e. you don’t compile them, they’ve already been compiled and linked. To download it to the arduino you need to use avrdude directly.
Something like:
