Lo l, I am no expert. I use win7. Yes mac is popular. . Is it possible to rename file extention of unwanted file to serve your cause

You can see the 8 pin connector marked"P1"
Place resistor between pins 2 and 3 as counted from end of 16pin lcd connector. I placed smd 0805 , that too at a vertical angle. Let me show it.

On the sd card that loads tft there should only be one file. Nothing else.
Transfer all other chunk into a folder on your laptop for use later.
Perhaps that is what the message meant. Kd8cec also

I just got my U-bitx together. I used the Amateur radio kits case kit. I had trouble with my encoder wiring so I cut the wires off of the plugs that came with the kit and soldered them directly

Check your wiring visually and with a dvm, to confirm you have no short nor open in supplying dc voltage.
