I would check C261. It may have shorted. That is the only way I can see to get 12v on pin 1 of Q94.
note: you can replace the SMT with through hole devices if you bend the leads right, and are

The rule of thumb is: The smaller the fan, the noisier it is. If You're short on room for bigger heat sink, is it not possible to lead the heat to the box?

Can you use the Config menu, make a hot button somewhere that calls that page?
I think there is an empty icon on the config page we can use for that.
