I may install the Nextion display eventually though I've heard concerns that it puts out a lot of RFI.  I had downloaded the N8ME sketch and was thinking I would try that, so probably will do so given your information.  My main interest is an improvement in CW operation - the stock firmware has an irritating delay when keying.

I got the V6 recently as a kind of winter project, to see if I could make it "cw-worthy."  I had done a lot of mods on the v3 but it never was very good on cw.  The V6 seems somewhat more promising.
