Also make sure that you are talking DIRECTLY to the hotel you want to stay at, not some other booking agency.  Recently we went through (because their site came up first) and when we got to the hotel Booking .com had not contacted the hotel and we were made to go to a different hotel (late at night).   I was not charged  as they don’t charge your card until the hotel confirms the purchase. We have even had trouble with the main chain booking agency (the 800 number for Choice hotels) in the distant past.

Papers and presentations are solicited on both the technical and operational aspects of VHF, UHF and Microwave weak signal amateur radio. The deadline for the submission of papers and presentations for this year’s conference is March 7, 2020. Please indicate when you submit your paper or presentation if you plan to attend the conference and present your paper in person or if you are submitting solely for publication.  Papers and presentations are being handled by Charles Osborne, K4CSO, and they should be sent to Charles via K4CSO@....
