This could be an interesting idea, of putting these lines on the mother PCB but this would form a reflectometer,  a set of two matched pick-up lines with a primary line, and would be very short compared to the wavelengths involved at HF. This is generally used for single band use at VHF or UHF.

I suggest that a Bruerne or a Stockton/tandem match bridge would be a better choice for the HF bands and be more versatile.

The Stockton match can also be arranged with switching and a dummy load to provide quiet matching, of the antenna.

As pointed out by other people, all these facilities do add to the costs involved.
