I built that myself.  I used a tomato basket wire, you know the kind of basket you put around your tomato plants to keep them from falling over.  I cut a straight piece off of it and bent it and applied heat shrink.  Then I took cable clamps that I bought at Walmart and squeezed around the two ends, screwed the clamps to the bottom of the enclosure.  Then I applied some hot glue to keep it from folding all the front.  I hope that helps explain how I did it.
