Umm No. MIne is an Elektor July 1998 circuit that uses a programmable divider for the offset freq setting consisting of 4 way miniature DIP switches. Shelved this project way back in 1998 and am building it now after a decade long procastination. Ha! 73ees, Pat VU3PAT
