Low cost shippers?

Ken Nelson

Did someone mention a low cost shipper for car parts earlier this yr? I seem to recall it was a co. That made lots of runs to & from their facilities, often with empty space which they used to defray their gas costs by transporting others parts & whatever where timing was not critical.

I have car parts for sale but shipping cost is a concern.

Thanks,
Ken Nelson

I don’t think Fastenal will ship beyond the Rockies. Kurt tried NC->AZ and they said no.

Hello. Ken. I have used Greyhound before. I shipped daf doors to Vermont and had wheels shipped from Ohio. Price was reasonable. You needed to bring and retrieve at station. Not sure if they still do this. Mike

That's a great idea - I forgot I used them yrs ago for a long trip of a part, and it worked out great, so I'll check them also.
