'64 ID19 Wagon & miscell Traction parts for sale - SF bay area Craigslist

Ken Nelson

I just posted CL ads for a '64 ID 19 break and several Traction 15-6 & 11 parts, with more to come.  The wagon has spent most of its life in California and has very solid chassis and bodypanels - surface rust "patina" - rest is original paint.  Engine runs, front calipers stuck, but car can be moved under its own power.  Suspension stays up 3 days - see ad, contact me for more details - a very good car for brake fix & general cleanup and use as-is, or go significant restoration - this was a families major transportation up/down W. coast.  Anyone looking for Panhard parts, give me a call -

Thanks for the heads up.
The car looks solid and original. 64 was a good year. New dash and DW engine.
Tempting, but I have four wagons now, hoping to make one two.
Will talk it up.

Great Lon - this is ex-David Russel, then Warren Behler, who evidently never used it.  Solid car, stayed up 3 days when I got the engine running! Must have those very early feather-edge cyl seals that can really fill every wear groove and seem much tighter than the square rings with teflon - never did like those.  Or maybe it's the fact that David ran it with canola oil - would that seal better??  I'm in the same boat - have 4 wagons I had to move to sac after they tripled the rent in SJ.  I'll be posting my '62 break that runs but bad rod, yet I've got a rebuilt short block in its back I bought from Clem Landau of NAPA years ago.  Then there's my '67 with head off engine, rusted L sill at driver's feet, but good panels & all there except I pulled the dash apart yrs ago for some reason.  will let both go cheap if anyone is interested -
