I once ran an event similar to what Adrian describes. It was for 3-wheeler
Morgans. I found a nice downhill run of about 200 yards that then went
sharply

You mention adding weight in the form of sandbags If you wanted to add
weight to the front of the car andd sandbags are too heavy you may want to
get some 25# bags of birdshot they may even be small

Just to let you know, there is an Isetta out there, big wing out the back, and the loveliest supercharger mounted outside the blower case. Looks like a million bucks with computer controlled machining

For all the miles that our 2CV covers very little is on bridges, even less on bridges while the winds are strong. No question that it stands "proud" in the wind and gets buffeted a bit,
