Several interesting cars were seen at the Flying Lady but didn't belong to
Mr. "Perch". He would let people store interesting stuff there to have a
good display. One acquaintance had a Cord there, and another a London Cab.
The DAF probably belonged to someone else. There was a small radial
engine on the wall behind the cashier at the restaurant. Oil dripped out of it
into a catch can on the floor. I thought that was kind of authentic, but
hoped the oil didn't get to the kitchen! The owner was once the maker of
Aristocrat travel trailers. The owner's wife was the flier, thus "The
Flying Lady" name.
