David, it meets the 25 year rule, so it can come into The US, (maybe not Hawaii) but the car would need CARB certification from the one and only smog certifier in the state. They tailpipe clean, but certification still costs at least $3500.

Not about to bid, but wonder how a '91 Figaro is handled by CA smog. Having a Title from another state is good start, so Title transfer to Ca shouldn't be a problem, but Smog?  It is nice having cars from the 50's and 60's and not needing to deal with emission issues.
