Hi Jesus,

In order to measure electrical length in degrees, just connect you open-ended cable to analyzer, and look at the Smith chart  at desired frequency. Measure the angle between the horizontal line and a line from the center to a measured point, and divide it by two.
In most cases you'll need 45, 90 or 135 degrees. These points are clearly seen on the Smith chart's outer ring:
