ASSL '83: Week/Series #28 Results Emergency Waivers?

Is there a emergency waiver for coverage?  I can cut Tito Landrum and Gary Woods and pick up Len Barker and Dave Beard. 
That should cover me for the rest of the year.  Can return both players to the pool after the season.

Yes. But Barker belongs on Polish. Was accidentally dropped. And they need him too. Beard is available. Bunch of other guys too.

Czech Sends Tito Landrum to Kevin McNally for Juan Eichleberger.  So i will look for a couple of relievers and two more cuts asap.
