I've already voted and realize that this has already been chimed in on however, I think it would be highly inappropriate to make a major change in-season. Any change should take effect next year.

We have 12 votes so far on this (minus mine). Because this is a major change I'd like to get 15 votes at least on this.

Steve, As I understand the game, Choice 2 is only for AIM injuries, not normal injuries. I would vote for option 3. Seltzer Management.
