I have three Overlays and a half dozen stationary targets input on my screen. However, when I Exit and bring APRSIS32 back up, most are gone except for one of the Overlays. What might be causing this

I tried using the APRSIS32-120829.zip file from the Files section, but it will not load on my tablet: MS Surface pro 7 running new installation of WIN 10. Which file do I need? I have a required code.
