SPAM on Messages?

I got this SPAM message today that has a link to an online pharmacy - how did that get into APRS Messages (upper right hand corner)?

Actually quite easy. Think up a “call sign”, generate a pass code for “call sign”, send message to APRS-IS to recipient. Not much security.
Have to be careful everywhere.
