Thanks for the add to the group! Quick question?

I believe I got everything up and running.  I’m using a Kantronics KPC 3 Plus and a Yaesu FTM-2980R with a Windows 10 Laptop.  As far as I can tell, I believe the IGate and Digipeater is working.  However, in the attached picture I get an “INT” in red when I transmit.  I have not been able to find what this means.  Just want to make sure it’s not an error.  Thank you very much for your help and time.

Hope I am not answering twice.

You are transmitting over the internet.  If you go to "Configure" "Scroller" and check "RF ONLY" it will not show INT.

*Int* is not "Internet" but "Internal".  You might want to bring up the Enables / View Logs / Transmit and enable it to see what it says.

If I had to guess, you turned of one (or more) of the default settings.  And you might want to read:

Thank you very much for the quick and very helpful responses.  I will report back the results as soon as I get home and am able to double check the settings.

Hi folks!  I was finally able to go over the installation of APRSIS32.  I’m still at a loss of of what I’m not getting right.  What I know for sure is that I am successfully digipeating.  I was able to cover a decent amount of ground with an HT.  I was able to Beacon and send Winlink messages.  This is something I have never been able to do in the past.  However, I’m still having issues setting up this IGate.  I have looked at and added correction with all your recommendations but still a little turned around.  I also did a fresh install.  Thanks for any and all help!

If K2FAM-10 is "Open" and according to the logs is failing to open COM5, then I really don't think you're digipeating yet, nor any of those other things.   I'm suspecting that you are reaching some other IGate to accomplish that.

Error 5 indicates that something else has COM5 open.   Windows doesn't allow sharing COM ports, so you need to make sure nothing else is using it if  you expect APRSIS32 to be able to open it.

According to https://aprs.fi/?c=raw&call=K2FAM-7, presumably your HT, was hitting other digipeaters and IGates, but not your own.

And K2FAM-10 is apparently a WinLink station so that -SSID is already in use.  You need to choose a different -SSID (or none) for your APRSIS32 IGate instance.
