I haven't hooked my D74 to APRSIS32 in a while, but off the top of my head, I'd do the following: 1) On the radio, set the BT port for KISS mode. IIRC, you can lock the D74 into KISS mode. 2) Pair the radio with the APRSIS32 host using Windows features. APRSIS32 is not involved in this step. 3) Create a Simply(KISS) type port over the Bluetooth connection
