I tried using the APRSIS32-120829.zip file from the Files section, but it will not load on my tablet: MS Surface pro 7 running new installation of WIN 10.

What do you mean "will not load"? Did you unzip it into an
empty folder and run it from there? Trying to execute it from a

Sorry, I found a problem with the tablet and was able to load APRSIS32 after that.

Wish I could. I think it was that I was unable to get my Extraction from the zip file to work. Once it did the program loaded as advertised.
