I think you will need the CT-44 microphone adapter to separate mic and audio and get it to your PC. 

Or you will have to make a custom splitter cable separating the two.

Does anyone have a solution for hooking up this Yaesu handheld?  I have a USB-57B cable from RT-Systems, but that doesn't appear to be what's needed.
