The wxnow.txt gets the date/time from local PC however, APRSIS32 is formatting the timestamp as Zulu.  What I noticed was that the APRSIS32 timestamp was NOT actual Zulu time but my local PC's time even thought it had the "z" at the end of the timestamp.

So, I've managed a work around by changing my PC time to Zulu but was wondering if anyone might have some input as to either what I'm missing in my setup to get APRSIS32 to adjust the timestamp to Zulu or if it's just the way it is.

Thanks in advance,
