I got a couple of blank NWS alert pop-ups

WinMain:2011-05-18T20:24:45.625 Logging Enabled It was the development build just prior to the 17th.
Would this be because of the outdatred shapefile? ;) I think it is time for a download from the NWS

SelectObject is a Win32 API call that selects bitmaps into device
contexts for painting on the screen. It should not return 000000.

What Windows version are you running and it is at all resource constrained? Do you have a screen blanker/power saver configuration that may be powering down the display adapter, for instance when you close the lid on your laptop?
