When you send the ? it replies with what can be sent back. Suck as the waterlaunch which are boat launch and kayak access I've made as objects on the map. The other ones like ?aprst are standard APRS

I can't help with the connection direct to the radio, but I have a Vue connected for APRS. I have the console data logger ran into the computer via USB. It shows up as a com port, then I have Cumulus

ANSRVR is a server hosted by Lynn for group chats. You mentioned bulletins earlier. You can go to Messages> bulletins> create and from there make a bulletin to go out on IS and RF. 32 knows which port
