Connecting APRSIS32 to APRX or DIXPRS
Thanks for the clarification. I was actually thinking that APRX 'listened' and when APRSIS32 tried to connect, it would do so. But as usual, you are correct. Neither does. You can connect from APRX to

Connecting APRSIS32 to APRX or DIXPRS
The last time I used APRX was with my WRT54, so it is a bit rusty. First, you want Simply(KISS) in APRSIS32 because you will not need any <OpenCmd> or <ClosseCmd> commands for this port configuration.

I haven't seen a reply yet, so I'll give it a shot. I am not familiar with DIXPRS, but APRX will interface with APRSIS32 through either an AGW port or KISS over TCP port. They key is for each applicat

Did you leave the -1 at the end of the passcode as you indicate below? You need to delete that. However, the gray screen is more like fixed by Lynn's and/or Fred's suggestion.

PinPoint APRS support?
I remember seeing a post somewhere on PinPoint APRS and it said PinPoint is a labor of love by Frank Watervoort AB0WV. Feel free to send email to ab0wv@.... Did you try that email? Robert Giulian

scs robust packet TNC
Think of it as requesting an interrupt. The combination of bits is unique and catches the attention of the TNC that the next data is for it, not RF.

No have not tried that. I can't say how others are doing it with 2 instances of Direwolf. You might post over on their groups.io section and see. The only thing I know would be an application like APR

This seems to be a common topic with multiple threads going over on the Direwolf group of groups.io. From my testing on Direwolf through V1.6 (released), I have found no method of proving separate TCP

NMEA logging findings - just interesting info
I'll be honest, the only thing I thought odd was that the logging continued while disabled. My comments on message related to what many (if not most) newer GPS units send by default. I am not so sure
