SPAM on Messages?
Actually quite easy. Think up a “call sign”, generate a pass code for “call sign”, send message to APRS-IS to recipient. Not much security. Have to be careful everywhere. Best regards, Fred

It looks like the tile are from a secure server (https). Unless something has changed, they do not work. Best regards, Fred N7FMH

Having trouble talking to a TNC3 via bluetooth
I had a BT device get loaded as two COM ports one time. One was for TX and the other for RX. It was bizarre. I removed the drivers and tried again. Same results. This was on a WIN8 system. I never did

Setting up Direwolf on Raspberry Pi 4
I didn't think it was possible since this is an ARM processor. On a standard PC, I knew it could. Fred N7FMH

Setting up Direwolf on Raspberry Pi 4
Yes, join the Direwolf group! https://groups.io/g/direwolf In the meantime: On the RPi, type "aplay -l" This will tell you the card assigned to the Signalink. I recently had a thread about card 2/card

Error: Forced Beacon Will Be Sent Whenever GPS Fix is Acquired
I create an hot spot on my phone that works well. The only thing it won’t do is assign a specific IP address for a MAC address. I will have to look at FoxFi now. Fred N7FMH

Telemetry mystery
The solution was in Direwolf. The skill set to figure this out was Lynn. Version 1.7A added a “source” option. It allows a station to do exactly what is happening here. N7FMH-2 is the LiFe-Po4 Battery

If the station was N7FMHL-1 then any definition/telemetry sent works. The issue is my configuration of Direwolf is sending the telemetry correctly but I don’t have it sending the definitions correctly

Hi Lynn, Not sure what you mean by this. “Out of curiosity, do you happen to know what Direwolf does with the "extra" telemetry station ID's if you start with a full station callsign like KJ4ERJ-12?”
