What kind of radio? I use a Motorola CDM1250 and had a similar issue and I looked at everything (I thought) and it turned out the receive audio in on the DB9 end of the cable to the TNC had a bad sold

Totally new to APRS - I setup an iGATE with APRIS and a TT4 and am receiving a number of packets, but I believe I saw that only position packets will get gated to IS? I am seeing the position packets

Dave: 150' may be too far for some range extenders, but they do make WiFi Bridges that go further - this is what I pan to use on my property to connect a remote building where I'll have a repeater up

Dave: You could get a WiFi Range extender which has a Ethernet jack - I use one of these in my shed and connect the Ethernet on the range extender to a Ethernet switch to feed several wired devices. Y
