Ok here is what I have.
Windows 8.1
Using USB to Serial Cord on TNC end. It is a RT Systems cable.
Do not know how many of the RS232 pins are being used.
I have matched the port settings. Cable on Com

forget the KPC. It's been written it needs to be put into KISS mode but I first tried using the common Kantronics modem with aprsisce and never could get it to work. Went through all the pains

Make sure you do NOT have anything connected to the KPC-3+ when APRSIS32 starts (Specifically Winlink or a terminal program). If nothing is connected then . . .

What the other guys didn't tell you is that the left/right arrows adjust the map opacity. Left reduces opacity, increasing transparency. Right increases opacity, reducing transparency. 5%

I run Windows 10 for everything and have two APRSISCE/32 open at all times. They never go non-responsive. Neither of them have an RF port, however.
Try unchecking Enables / Internet Enabled when
