Re: What's happened to the lightning feed(s) Lynn?
Thank you for noticing that and letting me know. One of the 3 translations of firenet.us (173.255.218.98) is not accepting connections and of course, that's the one the lightning injector

Re: Looking for the expansion Mod WXNOW.DLL
Just be aware that when upgrading cumulus you have manually edit the config file so that it generates wxnow.txt file. It’s easy to do but it’s just a pain.

I just recently setup a Davis Vantage Vue and could not for the life of me get it to play nice with APRS. I finally downloaded Cumulus and now it generates the wxnow.txt file I need and also directly

Re: Trace Transmit Log
APRSISCE/32 by default is noisy… it likes to tell everyone all about itself.
It still makes noise in the log even if telemetry isn’t going out anywhere. You can turn off telemetry if you don’t

Int means internal. And T# is telemetry sequences.

Trace Transmit Log
Hi All
Sorry for the noob question
But what are these? (one's in bold)
They seem to be transmitting every minute.
I thought they were beacons but they aren't.
Looking at the log it says Transmit (INT)

For the frequency monitor it has to be visible the go back into enables and unchecked it. Or while it is up right click on it and uncheck enabled.

I just tested the GPS setup, and the ports appear to be "or'ed".
I was able to connect through method 2, even with method 1 configured but no device attached.
Then I switched.

Re: APRSISCE GPS
These 2 methods of connecting of connecting a GPS to APRSIS32 are very different.
Let's start with the 'stand alone' GPS:
1. This connection is made with a NMEA port type
Menu >Configure >Ports
