Hi all, when I try to track satellites by entering Ctrl + O the system rejects it stating that I can only execute this in development mode. Where do I even start????

I am using a dipole only about 15 feet of the ground,
Receiving mobile stations about 1000 miles to the North of Tasmania.

Set your HF radio dial to 10.147.60, USB mode. Set SoundModem to 300 baud AFSK, centered at 1700hz.
Also, there's VERY active conventional HF packet on dial freq 14.105.00 in LSB mode, and dial freq

I guess it is Station Count,
But do not understand what it is telling me. when I first open it it is RED and full scale, and as time goes on even tho the station list on
