What is "Proj: Battery State Tracking" ?
And the Interval is 15 Min (V2).
I think I have searched all Setup items; Beacon is OFF .. yet I keep injecting this into the system.
Using APRSIS32 n Windows 10 Pro.

Make sure View / All is checked. I suspect you have the view filtered.
Also, you might want to right click on the Frequency Monitor window and disable it, unless you really want it showing

It's easy to filter to show only stations with that status at net control to focus on them if there is

Check to see if that station is transmitting an Emergency Beacon. That would cause a window to open up centered on that station.
