The ISS by itself doesn't beacon a location so it won't appear on the map. However, I inject an ISS object every 2 minutes showing the orbital location of the ISS and the estimated RF

As far as I know, the only way to get the development version is through the "About" check.
If the download starts and fails, then it is most likely the things you are looking at:
1. Anti-Virus
2.

I checked aprs.fi's raw packets for VU3NUF and do not see the telemetry (2nd) packet. Where are you seeing this packet and for what station?
If it is in a trace log, it may be shown as

It worked, thanks! There is one step between 1 and 2 (click Dispatch). This also cleared the lingering APRS stations.

I think you are getting the message types confused.
Highlighted in green below is the "APRS Beacon" with position information (no statistics here) which is sent at the Beacon

To delete the memory items:
1 Click Menu
2 Click My Locations
3 Click Delete All in lower right corner.
It will take several seconds to complete this task.

Had an issue like this on a Nuvi 1490 a while ago. Once you have the nuvi connected, look for a recycle folder on the nuvi. You might need to open a command prompt to clear it.

All transmissions by APRSISCE/32 use the beacon path. This includes messages being sent via RF. APRSISCE/32 does not currently allow custom path specifications for message QSOs.
