I have Terrain Navigator (New England maps) on my computer. I cannot find any files that look like the typical tile files used by aprsisce. None of the usual suspect

Try http://sandaysoft.com/downloads. Scroll down the page and click on "Cumulus 1.9.4. setup" You should probably also grab the installation guide and the readme.txt file.

If the map tiles follow the same configuration as Open Street Maps, there are 2 ways you can use them. Unfortunately, I am no expert on either:

I'm running a package called WeeWx, but I don't think it runs under Windows (I run Linux here). I thought the major Weather station brands (Peet, Davis) came with software that can do this.

You don't specify what particular weather display software you're using, but the basic requirement for getting it to work with APRSISCE/32 is to have the weather software export
