They are path settings, not sure of the difference between NOGATE and RFONLY but the mean not to gate the packet to the internet. ARISS is a generic path to send via satellite and RS0ISS-4 is the digi path for ISS although ARISS works as well. W3ADO-1 is the path for NO-44 as it does not always respond to ARISS these days.
