Hi Lynn et all,You're welcome. I (obviously) enjoy doing code like this. It's so visible that the enjoyment of new features is quite immediate. It is updating the APRS.FI platform only one time.I just checked the raw packets on aprs.fi and see the following: 2010-01-08 08:40:45 UTC: *DL1UL <http://aprs.fi/?c=raw&limit=&call=DL1UL>*>APWM00,TCPIP*,qAC,T2USANW::DL1UL :PARM.Battery,A2,A3,A4,A5,A/C,Charging,B3,B4,B5,B6,B7,B8 2010-01-08 08:40:45 UTC: *DL1UL <http://aprs.fi/?c=raw&limit=&call=DL1UL>*>APWM00,TCPIP*,qAC,T2USANW::DL1UL :EQNS.0,1,0,0,1,0,0,1,0,0,1,0,0,1,0 2010-01-08 08:40:45 UTC: *DL1UL <http://aprs.fi/?c=raw&limit=&call=DL1UL>*>APWM00,TCPIP*,qAC,T2USANW::DL1UL :UNIT.Percent,N/A,N/A,N/A,N/A,On,Yes,N/A,N/A,N/A,N/A,N/A,N/A 2010-01-08 08:40:45 UTC: *DL1UL <http://aprs.fi/?c=raw&limit=&call=DL1UL>*>APWM00,TCPIP*,qAC,T2USANW::DL1UL :BITS.11111111,Battery State Tracking 2010-01-08 08:40:45 UTC: *DL1UL <http://aprs.fi/?c=raw&limit=&call=DL1UL>*>APWM00,TCPIP*,qAC,T2USANW:T#001,19,0,0,0,0,11000000 *[Duplicate telemetry sequence]* 2010-01-08 08:43:08 UTC: *DL1UL <http://aprs.fi/?c=raw&limit=&call=DL1UL>*>APWM00,TCPIP*,qAC,T2USANW:T#002,20,0,0,0,0,11000000 *[Duplicate telemetry sequence]* 2010-01-08 08:44:07 UTC: *DL1UL <http://aprs.fi/?c=raw&limit=&call=DL1UL>*>APWM00,TCPIP*,qAC,T2USANW:@084407h4853.24N/00832.55E$/A=000887APRS-IS for CE 2010-01-08 08:46:31 UTC: *DL1UL <http://aprs.fi/?c=raw&limit=&call=DL1UL>*>APWM00,TCPIP*,qAC,T2USANW:@084620h4853.24N/00832.55E>/A=000884APRS-IS for CE 2010-01-08 08:46:42 UTC: *DL1UL <http://aprs.fi/?c=raw&limit=&call=DL1UL>*>APWM00,TCPIP*,qAC,T2USANW:@084634h4853.24N/00832.56E>APRS-IS for CE The telemetry messages are sent when you start the client. Additional telemetry is sent on any power transition. In this case, your phone went from 19% battery to 20% battery. Then I see two position updates which look quite normal. The fact that these are in aprs.fi implies that you have the password correct. The position in the web is correct which indicates GPS receiver in the ipaq is working - but it is only doing it once this morning. (I have not changed any parameter in the XML)I just noticed that you changed your -SSID to DL1UL-9. There are a few position updates as well that says that the GPS sees you moving. Any idea ?I'm seeing traffic on aprs.fi, but it was from 30 minutes ago. I'm not sure what's going on to introduce your question... Lynn (D) - KJ4ERJ
