Thank you Steve!  I have worked Manuel, CO4SM, but had no idea of the history.  Fascinating.  By the way, QRZ says no mail, eQSL, or LoTW - QSL via EA7FTR, but he does have 49,808 lookups.  Hope that some day he too will be a member of PODXS!  Thanks for sharing the link.

Some of you may have worked CO4SM (or perhaps another Cuban station) operating from NA-056, variously known as the Isle of Pines or Isle of Youth (Isla de la Juventud).

Up until today that was just a name to me, as I knew nothing about the island. The Washington Post online has an article with the island's history:

CARIBBEAN TOUR. Mike, DF8AN, will activate two Caribbean Islands during
the first half of November. His tentative schedule is as follows:
  November  4-13th -- Saba Island (NA-145, WFF PAFF-027, WLOTA 2043);
signing as PJ6/DF8AN or possibly PJ6 callsign.
November 13-16th -- Sint Maarten Island (NA-105); signing as PJ7/DF8AN
                      or possibly PJ7 callsign.

Activity will be on 160-6 meters using 100 watts with an Alinco DX70
operating CW and SSB. His second station will be a FT-817 with 5 watts
operating RTTY and PSK31. Look for him to be in the Ukrainian DX Contest
(November 7-8th). QSL via his home callsign, direct, by the Bureau. NO
eQSL or LoTW.

Good morning

I am finally getting caught up with some of my QSLing, (LOTW, QRZ, ClubLog, etc) and while at the ClubLog site, I see that I have added PODXS as a club, yet when I go to the DXCC standings, I see about 50 call signs, but not mine.

Just wondering, if I have missed something, or if I have to send in a request. Would like to be included.

Please help.

Thanks Matt! Iv'e been a member for a while but to be honest never dabbled in a PSK contest. I may try to play in this one. Thanks again!

Re: 2015 Triple Play Low Band Sprint

Correct, Robert. You'll pick three different START times, one for each day.

You may decide to operate Friday beginning at GMT-4, Saturday at GMT-7 and Sunday a GMT-5. It's entirely up to you. You can decide when you think the best time for operating is, either from a propagation perspective or making the most of what contacts you can with whatever propagation may be there. If dinner is running late one day, start an hour later if you like!

That's the beauty of it - you're not tied to any particular time.

The contest reflector will be the PERFECT spot for coordination of both time and band.

See y'all there!
